		<description>wow... they go through that Whole process Every Time they pick a jury?!  that seems crazy to me, even though it also makes sense...  i mean, i guess the alternatives would be to train a few people and use them over and over, which defeats the point of citizen juries, or to make Everyone take the training in some bigger setting, and that just seems like a bad idea, so...

it&#039;s still an amazing amount of time that i just hadn&#039;t really fully thought about before.
